Patient and doctor apps

Your practice, in every pocket.

A patient app for booking, messages, forms and bills, and a doctor's app for the day, the patients and the treatment plan. Both are part of DenteCure and open from a link on any phone, with nothing to download from an app store.

For patients

Everything a patient asks the front desk, answered on their phone.

Patients book and change visits, message the practice, fill in forms, see their plan and pay what they owe, at any hour. The front desk gets fewer calls about the easy things and more time for the people in front of them.

  • Appointments

Book a visit at any of their clinics, see what is coming up, change it, and get directions.

  • Conversations

Message the practice. Nia answers first, any time, and brings in the front desk when a person is needed.

  • My dental record

Check-ups due, treatment plans, health details, medicines, forms to fill in and documents.

  • Bills and cover

What they owe, paying it securely, payment plans, and the insurance the practice has on file.

  • Rate a visit

One to five stars after a visit or a conversation, so the practice hears how it went.

  • Their choices

Which texts and emails each practice may send, their usual clinic and dentist, text size and motion.

Today

Hi Maya, I’m Nia, Northstar Dental’s AI assistant. How can I help?

Can I move my cleaning to next week?

Of course. Dr. Chen has Tuesday at 9:20 AM or Wednesday at 2:40 PM. Which suits you?

Wednesday please

Done. You are booked for Wednesday at 2:40 PM, and I have let the front desk know.

For doctors

The day, the patients and the plan, in one hand.

Doctors see who is next and what each patient said before they arrived, open any record, and build the treatment plan on the mouth map, between patients and without a workstation.

  • My day

Each visit in order, with what the patient said on the phone beforehand, so nobody walks in cold.

  • Schedule

The doctor's own diary by day, week or month, the same one the front desk and Nia book into.

  • My patients

Find a patient by name, phone or date of birth, see today's list, and open the record.

  • Treatment plan

The mouth map, recorded findings, and suggestions drawn from them with the reason shown. The dentist decides.

  • Hours and time off

Weekly hours, lunch and days away, so nobody can book a time the doctor is not there.

  • Reminders

A text before each visit, the day in their own phone calendar, and notifications for what changed.

Built for health information

Convenient, and careful.

  • Each person signs in as themselves; a patient sees only their own visits, bills and records.

  • Doctors see clinical information, not billing or insurance numbers.

  • The phone calendar feed and lock-screen notices carry times, never patient details.

  • Suggestions come from findings a dentist recorded, never from reading an x-ray by itself.

Questions

What practices ask first.

Do patients have to download anything?

No. The patient app opens in the phone's browser from a link the practice shares, and it can be added to the home screen so it opens like any other app. There is no app store step.

Can Nia really change a booking?

Yes. In Messages, Nia answers first and can book, move or cancel a visit from the practice's real schedule. When a patient asks for a person twice, she brings in the front desk during opening hours, or leaves them a note when the office is closed.

Who sees what a patient writes?

Conversations in Messages go to the patient's practice. Ask Nia is answered by Nia alone, and general dental questions are answered without any of the patient's details.

Is the doctor's app a separate product?

No. It is the doctor's view of the same DenteCure workspace, laid out for a phone: their day, their patients and their plans, without the front desk's or billing team's screens.
