About DenteCure

Built for the work between appointments.

DenteCure is a dental operating platform from The Buildwick INC. It connects the phones, patient messages, scheduling and revenue cycle a practice already runs, so the whole team works from one patient record.

Why DenteCure exists

A practice runs on conversations. Most software only sees the chart.

Much of a dental practice's work happens between appointments: a new patient calling at lunch, a text about an estimate, a benefit check before Thursday's crown. That work is usually spread across a phone system, a texting tool, an answering service and the practice software, and none of them share what they know.

DenteCure brings it into one place. The phones, the AI receptionist, patient messages, scheduling and claims read from and write to the same record, so the context follows the patient instead of staying with whoever took the call.

What we believe

Three ideas behind every screen.

The product decisions that come up again and again, and the side DenteCure always lands on.

Built for dentistry, not adapted to it

Recall, treatment plans, referrals and eligibility are where the product starts, not settings added to a phone system built for call centers.

One record for every patient

Calls, texts, bookings and claims land on the same patient timeline, so nobody at the practice starts a conversation from zero.

Changes the practice can make itself

Phone trees, opening hours, holidays and routing are edited and published by the practice, with a history of every change.

What we hold ourselves to

Trust is enforced by the software, not promised beside it.

Three commitments the platform checks for itself, for every practice, on every request.

The BAA comes first

DenteCure does not open patient data for a practice until its Business Associate Agreement has been signed. The software checks, not a checklist.

Access checked on every request

Which practice someone is working in, and their role there, is confirmed against our own records every time, never taken from the browser.

Every look is logged

Opening a patient record is recorded, not only changing one, in an access log that is kept append-only.

How DenteCure protects patient data

Working with us

From the first call to going live.

  1. A conversation about your practice

We start with how your phones, schedule and billing run today, and which locations and systems are involved.

  2. The BAA, before any patient data

Your practice signs its Business Associate Agreement inside DenteCure before anything is connected.

  3. Lines and practice software connected

Your line is pointed at your call flow, texting is registered with the carriers, and your practice software is linked: Open Dental directly, Dentrix and Eaglesoft through a small connector installed at the practice.

  4. Live on one record

From then on, calls, texts and bookings land on the same patient record, and each person works from the workspace for their role.
